permitted per day per WebDollar account and that the maximum deposit amount allowed
is USD 1,000 per day and USD 15,000 per 30-day period per WebDollar account.

Enter your security code to authorize the transaction.
For security reasons, you must submit your unique security code each time you
wish to deposit an accumulated total of over USD 500 in your WebDollar account.
You do not need to submit your security code for deposits up to an accumulated
total of USD 500.
Your card-issuing bank may mistakenly recognize
your deposit by credit card as a cash advance. If this occurs, your card-issuing
bank may incorrectly charge an extra fee associated with a cash advance. If you
are charged an extra fee, please contact your card-issuing bank to explain that
the transaction with WebDollar that appears on your credit card statement is not
a cash advance but an Internet transaction.
If your deposit
transaction initially fails due to a communication error with the card-processing
bank, your deposit request will automatically be tried at a different card-processing
bank. Each attempt to complete the transaction will be shown in the casino's transaction
log.

WebDollar uses the services of PayPal for the transfer of funds.
You can simply open a PayPal account by visiting http://www.paypal.com/
1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit to your WebDollar account.

limit per 30-day period is USD 15000 per WebDollar account.
When you click on the "PROCESS DEPOSIT" button, you will be connected
to WebDollar's site at PayPal. You need to login at your existing PayPal account
to process the deposit. If you haven't yet opened a PayPal account, you need to
follow the on-line instructions of signing up at PayPal.
When WebDollar
has received your deposit from PayPal, your WebDollar account will be credited.

you request the withdrawal.

From the date WebDollar processes the withdrawal request, it normally takes
3 - 7 business days for a check/bank draft to reach addresses on the US mainland
and 1 - 3 weeks to reach addresses in other locations. WebDollar normally processes

Security Code
For security reasons you must enter your personal security
code to verify any credit card deposit into your WebDollar account after you
have deposited an accumulated sum of USD 500. (You can deposit up to USD 500
to play at the casino without having to submit your security code.) You must
also enter your security code when you wish to make a withdrawal.
When
you make your first deposit, a security code will be generated and automatically
mailed to you at the mailing address you have registered in "Personal Information."
It is therefore important that your registered name and address is correct.
