Installation Instructions:
After you've downloaded the Casino software to your PC, you're ready
to install it.
Go back to the location where you saved the file -- By default it gets
saved to your Desktop and is the recommended location.
- Double click the Casino icon found on your desktop (if you saved
it to the default location.) The install process will begin with the
extraction of the necessary files from the download
- The InstallShield Wizard will begin the installation process.
A dialog box will appear. Click Next.
- A Setup Status dialog box will appear and will install to the Destination
Folder specified in the step 2 dialog box.
- Once completed a dialog box will appear.
Click Finish.
Select Yes to launch the Casino application and register a player
account:
- Select the New Player button.
- Complete the form by entering all the information accurately including
your first name, last name, e-mail address, street address, city,
state/province, zip/postal code, country, phone and date of birth.
- Select OK when completed.
You'll be provided with your user name/account password - make note
of this for future reference. Click OK
Back at the login screen, select the Login button.

Is it really FREE?
Yes! All English Harbour software downloads are FREE for players.
What systems is English Harbour Casino compatible with?
English Harbour is compatible with Windows systems only.
How do I download the Casino?
Enter your e-mail address into the field on the Download page and submit.
Then, choose your preferred game package and click Download. You will
be prompted to save the program file to a location on your computer.
We recommend that you save the file to your desktop.

Is the User name/Password case-sensitive?
The User name IS NOT case-sensitive. Entry using either case is acceptable.
The Password IS case-sensitive. If you require further assistance, please
contact Customer Service Support.
Are your rules for Roulette, American or European?
English Harbour Casino uses European rules for Roulette.
What if I don't want to send my credit card information through
the registration page?
The credit card registration and purchasing transactions are implemented
using industry standard SSL 3.0 (secured socket layers) protocol that
encrypts the data and transmits it securely over the Internet.
If you are still reluctant to send the information, then send us an
e-mail to support@englishharbour.com.
We will be more than happy to send a user name and password to you the
following day. Please include your full address, area code and phone
number, along with a convenient time for when you can be reached. We
will call you personally to give you your user name and password, and
arrange for the method of payment, and/or retrieval of winnings.
All applicants, even those that submit their information in the above
manner, are subject to the regular registration process that occurs
prior to any new account that is opened at the Casino.
I want to replenish my casino account with FirePay or use PayPal
or ClearChex to purchase casino credits. What system requirements are
necessary?
To setup an account with FirePay or to use Paypal or Clearchex, you
must have a browser that supports SSL, (Netscape 3.0 or higher, Microsoft
Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher).
