Terms and Conditions of the Ruby bingo raffle :

Airfare is included from many US and Canadian airports; however, surcharge may apply depending on airport location.

Any costs incurred during the trip outside the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Vacation Prize value $3000 inclusive of 5 nights hotel accommodation and flights.

Players must be aged 18 and over and be able to travel to Las Vegas.

We reserve the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice.

The vacation is non-transferable and there will be no refund in the event of cancellation of the vacation by the winner.

If the winner does not want to take the vacation, a cash alternative is available at half the value of the vacation (i.e. $1500).
You must be an active depositor (Players are coming in on $5 sign up bonuses and skating with chat bonuses, never depositing)

In the case of a tie, the player with the most wins on the Tokyo, Moscow, Rome, Paris & London patterns win.

In the event of a tie, for 2nd and 3rd places, the prize money will be split between the winners.

The Chat Manager's decision is final with regard to the points totals.
