Craps are all about picking your best odds, and you got a better chance on the pass/don't pass/come/don't come bets in combination with the odds bets. To remind you, an odd bet is an addition to your basic bet and it pays true odds.

For pass/come bets odds are:

2:1 on a roll of 4 or 10
3:2 on a roll of 5 or 9
6:5 on a roll of 6 or 8

For don't pass/don't come bets odds are:

1:2 on a roll of 4 or 10
2:3 on a roll of 5 or 9
5:6 on a roll of 6 or 8

When betting pass/come bets place an odd bet if the point is 6 or 8, because the shooter has a fair chance of repeating it.

When betting don't pass/don't come bets place an odd bet if the point is 4 or 10, because the shooter's chance of repeating the point are lower.
